Hello, I am Kristina, a passionate and dedicated massage therapist with four years of experience in the wellness industry. My journey into massage therapy was fueled by a genuine passion for helping others find relief from pain, reduce stress, and enhance their overall well-being. I completed my training at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) where I learned various techniques designed to address the diverse needs of my clients.
My sessions are tailored to address the unique needs of each individual, whether they are seeking recovery from injuries, relief from tension, or simply a moment of relaxation.
I am well-versed in various techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish massage, sports massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. This diverse skill set allows me to create personalized treatment plans that are as unique as the individuals I serve.
